getithere | B/J Living in NY, J has a Stalker

We're trying to locate a story, and any help would be greatly appreciated. These are the remembered parts:

Brian and Justin are living in a loft or apartment in New York and they've had or are having it renovated (it seems I remember a description of a huge or heavy ornate door.)

They are possibly living above or near a bar or pub.

The Pittsburgh family comes to visit them to see the new place.

Justin has a stalker, I think the guy has a website that Brian or Justin stumble upon, or possibly Gus points it out to them.

Brian and Justin are combining their lives, I think they're joining their bank accounts and Brian's freaking out about it a bit.

I remember a scene where Justin was cooking something in the kitchen and he and Brian got into a bit of an argument, then Brian goes to the kitchen to resume the cooking, or assembling.

There's also a scene about some honey or other sticky substance, because I remember thinking that would be awful to clean up.
