B/J on the run after Brian takes Justin out of hospital

Looking for a story where Justin is in (I think) a mental hospital.  He's being abused there.  Brian kidnaps him out of the hospital and they go on the run.  Justin doesn't talk at first.  Meanwhile, Jennifer is in the hospital in a coma and they think Justin did it.  That's why they sent him to the hospital because he was found catatonic with Jennifer at the bottom of the stairs.  I think there are nuns involved in helping them and the bad person ends up being Jennifer's sister.
