It's me again LOL.

I'm looking for two fics I can't remember the title of for the life of me ... I need titles and author's names. And if anyone has them saved could you mail them to me?

#1 it's christmas and Brian now owns Babylon and he organizes a special event on christmas with food and all, so people aren't going to the diner anymore but to babylon. gus (preteen or teen gus) comes and have something to eat at the diner but is angered by either debbie or michael. he pays for his food even though he didn't eat. then has someone, i guess michael, drive him to a hotel where he supposed to meet friends for a sleepover or something but actually it's Justin who is there and they have room service before Brian joins them

#2 all i remember from this one is that Brian doesn't want the girls to take/take back gus to canada but they kidnap him despite Brian having injunction. they are arrested at the airport. gus really doesn't like his mothers and wants to stay with his dad. Lindsay is taken into custody since she knew that Melanie has no right to Gus. Gus lives with Brian and Justin
