Battle of the Bands fic and Michael or Emmett dates Justin before Justin meets Brian fic?

Hey there,

1. I read this fic awhile ago and was something like: the gang are hanging out and Michael walks in to ask them to join a battle of the bands contest? They get Justin to sing, but he's really busy with school and work but agrees anyway though he doesn't want to. I was wondering if it ever got finished. Or if No one knows this specific one is there a fic like it any where? But not one where they are rival bands or something like that...

2. I was wondering if anyone knows of any fics where Justin was dating either Michael or Emmett first and they wanted to introduce him to the rest of the gang since they were happy dating him. Then Justin and Brian meet and fall in love and there's a dilemma over what to do about the guy/friend they're already dating?
