Song Fic: VNV Nation Brian Dies

I looked for this fic a long time ago here and it was never found. I am hoping that the second time around someone will help me find it!
All I remember is that Brian dies in this fic. I don't remember why he dies. After his death Justin gets a tatoo of Brian and goes to Babylon wearing a sleevless top to show off the tatoo. This is a song fic. The song the author uses is Forsaken by VNV Nation. I am crossing my fingers and toes to see if my luck changes this time!

Custody of Justin's Baby

I'm looking for a story of where Brian gets custody of Justin's baby. Something happens to Justin that ends him in the hospital and he leaves the little boy with Brian and the two live at Justin's until Justin is released from the hospital. Jennifer wants to raise the baby but Justin will not hear of it.

I think it's on Moonshadow but I can't find it. Any HELP!!
