So, I watched 1:21 again and watching Brian fantasize about how good life would be in New York broke my heart. And made me a little smug, but IDK about that.

Anyway, now I'm looking for 1:21 AU's where he doesn't get screwed over and a stomped on ego. You know...Brian goes to New York, and then X number of years later he returns for some reason and sees how hot Justin looks all grown up...Er. Well, basically, anyway. Help? :D

I'm looking for a story in which Michael tells Justin that Brian has decided to be with him, has spent the night with him and Justin has just come across Michael in the loft. Without talking to Brian Justin accepts this and leaves the loft with his things. The moment Justin gets in his cap, Brian arrives, waves at him, but they don't talk and Brian doesn't know about the conversation between Justin and Michael. So Justin leaves and Brian goes up to the loft.

Any idea?

i apologize for this being so vague but i remember a fic where teenage gus couldn't figure out whether brian was mad at him or not because his botox injections made his face expressionless. anyone know what fic i'm thinking of? i'd appreciate any and all help.
