Please help me find this fic! It's driving me crazy!

Okay, I'm pretty sure it's post-308 fic, when Brian and Justin are both working at Vanguard. Brian came home from work and needed to "punish" Justin (heh), and we find out the reason was, Justin left him teasing messages on his voicemail. Justin called in sick from work and left Brian a message saying that he couldn't come in to work because he had a "really bad erection." (snigger) And then Brian left him a message back. It turned out that Justin wasn't really sick, he just needed a day off or something.

Any ideas?

I'm looking for a fic where the gang (minus Brian) are at Deb's for dinner or a party, and Justin goes upstairs to his old bedroom and jerks off. Brian's out of town, I think, and Emmett goes up to check on Justin and ends up spying through a crack in the doorway. He likey what he sees. 

I think this has been done in a couple of different fics, so I'm not sure which one it comes from. Any suggestions?
