Justin doesn't come to the opening of Babylon...He's at Britin

Hi I am looking for a fic where Brian is meeting Justin at Britin after the re-opening of Babylon. Brian knows Justin is in town but the gang doesn't know.

I lurked here for years but this is my first post. I have been sick lately and this place has helped me so much. Thank you guys :)
