Brian (newly divorced) & Justin are both cops, long-time friends

OK, I'm getting a migraine trying to find this fic, but I know someone out there will know what the hell I'm talking about!

I believe, at the beginning of the story, Brian is at home & Justin comes to visit out of the blue (maybe late at night).  He may be going thru a divorce or something (?)...can't really remember, but I do seem to recall both of them being cops, long-time friends and one was straight or so it seemed (really think it was Justin).  That's about all I can remember.

I looked under the b/j: police/private eye/federal agt tag, as well as the b/j: think the other is straight and the b/j: think they are straight tags and nothing jumped out at me, but I am very tired & I do have a nasty headache so I'd appreciate any and all help!

But instead of Justin who went to visit Brian it was the opposite.

Thanks for updating so quickly! :) Could I be a terrible bug and ask you to maybe just put in parentheses next to your update line that it was actually newly divorced Brian who comes to visit Justin? Just so in future, when someone's scrolling through posts looking for this fic, they don't skip this post because they think "well, that's not it"? lol

I hope that headache didn't last long!
