RPS w/ mention of 9/11, Randy trying to call bf in NYC

Posting on behalf of a friend (who had hoped it was one of my fics, but no such luck) looking for a Gale/Randy fic.  The part they remember involves Randy trying to call a boyfriend who was in New York at the time of the World Trade Center attack.  Sounds like it is only a small part of a longer fic.  Our "disaster-real events" tag seems to only have B/J 9-11 fics under it.  Any ideas?

At the moment I can only find one fic that might be worth checking out. Its very iffy cause it is such a small part of the fic. The fic is very old like from early 2002. I have no idea where to find it on line so I uploaded it to sendspace and if you want you can download and check the story. The part about Randy's boyfriend in nyc is in part 5 but it is a really small part of the fic.

I keep thinking there is another gale and randy 9/11 fic but I can't find it when I search my computer and I think I have just about all the gale and randy fics from before 2005. If this fic isn't the right one I'll look again.
