Younger (?) Brian raises Gus alone as he goes to college, bonds with older gay couple

I remember reading (some time ago) a fic where Brian has sole custody of very infant Gus. He still goes away to college, takes care of Gus, bonds with an older gay couple. I think he rents from them. They become his surrogate parents, perhaps. I honestly don't recall Justin being in the story, but I can't imagine he wasn't. I thought it was No More Mio Amore, but that doesn't fit, and I've searched through the tags until I'm cross-eyed!  Help!! ??

OMG... How could I NOT have remembered that? I've actually been on a Moonshadow Woman reading retreat () this past month. I thought I'd re-read everything she'd ever posted over the last week or so. Apparently my psyche recalled one I'd missed, even if my conscious brain didn't! Thank you so much... I'll uncross my eyes and read!
