Justin friends with Ethan but pregnant by Brian

I am hoping the wonderful people here can help me with this.  I am sure I have read this and not imagined it.  Justin is Pregnant with Brians baby but pretends to leave him for Ethan who he is just freinds with because he does not think Brian would accept  it.  He plans to leave to stop with a relative but as he finishes at the Diner for his last shift he collapses and Brian finds out.  Hopefully someone will recognise this story.
