I was so hoping that more suggestions were added. I also love NoChaser's stories of a military Justin. I don't remember reading any others with Justin in the military, though. I have run across a strong Justin story that was referenced in Tagsit's current delightful fic - Oddest Couple on MW. The story is Madrid Interlude by Thyme:

Also, most of Moonshadow Woman's fics feature a strong Justin as well as Nightvision55's. There are others but they were probably rec'd in the Strong Justin tag.
