I'm really going to strongly suggest that you go through the tags list. While we have no problem with anyone asking for recs, over the last couple of weeks you've been rec'd pretty much everything in fandom.

I belong to/watch over 5 different fandoms. While there's usually a rec list out there, I tend to ask where the best archive for that particular fandom's fics can be found. Once I have that, I go fic hunting. My list of 'do not want's' isn't as long as yours, but I have no problem finding what I want. A good place to go might be AO3. I'm sure QAF people are posting there now. And they have a pretty good tag list for fics that's right there on the first page so that you can check to see if the story might interest you. I'd also check Skyhawke, although I don't know what the quality there is these days. It used to be invitation only back in the day. I don't trust Fanfiction.net, but that's because I only searched for HP fic there, and there were about 3 that I'd ever read.

I read a lot. Maybe not as much as you, but I've been in fandoms for a very long time. Finding fics is fun. But to ensure that I find what I want to read, I tend to do it myself.
