Justin buys a gas station that he converts to his home/studio...

I don't know if it's an AU or post 513 but Brian is trying to buy a piece of land that has an old gas station on it.  Justin buys it and turns the gas station into his studio/home.  Then something happens and he has to move out and goes to Brian's house in the county.

I checked, there are no "justin buys a gas station" tags, :-)
