I remember reading a fic where Hobbs (maybe) was stalking both of them and they hide out in a log cabin. Justin has a broken leg and they end up climbing out the window into the snow before the bad guy sets the place on fire.
At the end, when they are found, I am pretty sure Justin loses his leg.
