This fiction start with brian being married to Justin friend. Justin and Brian share a kid so the kid have visitation right. Justin always have to send his child over and sometime the friend try to make nice with Justin.

But because Justin friend suddenly become sick and died. It about how Brian and Justin come back together and Justin become pregnant again. Brian discover that all this time Justin have not been cheating on him (which are the reason why they break up in the first place). Justin having post-pregnancy blue and been going to the doctor and Brian though he been meeting someone behind his back.

It about how Justin mother don't like Justin relationship with Brian because of what happen in the past. If am not wrong Justin friend actually love Justin but because he choose Brian, justin friend try to understand and know they can't be together.

This story is about the combination of the past and the present.

Sounds similar to galreandrandy's Point of view, but in that one Justin was married and divorced and Brian married Justin's ex and has children with him, also Justin nas a child with him. He dies and Justin and Brian get together.
