Brian marries Justin for insurance

Justin is ill and needs to be operated (this illniss could be related to the bashing). The operation is quite expensive.
Brian has an idea, and finds out that if he marries Justin, Justin will be under his insurance.

I think the operation was not in Pittsburgh, maybe even in another country...

Any ideas?

I think I know which one you mean, but if it is, the surgery will be in the USA. It's the wedding that takes place out of country, in Canada, as that's the closest place where same-sex marriage is legal. They get married at Niagara Falls and have the reception in Toronto. I'm looking for it using the tags, but haven't found it yet.
