Yes, it does leave it all open to continue and she started Fall, but only posted a few entries and then made a post saying that she didn't have anywhere to go with the series. they are happy, successful, in a long-term relationship that's going to last and she should've stopped the series after Changes. She wasn't quite ready to let them go at that point, but felt she was really forcing things to get Summer up and Fall just wasn't going to make it, so she pulled those posts down. I understood her reasoning, but I sure hated to see it stop.
