There's also [livejournal.com profile] accio_rs_fics, but it's only for fics featuring Remus and/or Sirius--with an emphasis on Remus/Sirius.

The HP fandom tends to have fanfic search communities by pairing. Specifically, you might try snarryficfind and drarryficfind. I haven't come across a LM/HP one though... Hope this helps!
