Hi, I am looking for a fanfiction.

I remember reading a story where Justin is driving from NY to PA.  It's snowing and he gets into an accident in Oakdale.  Brian is notified and travels to Oakdale where he meets Dr. Reid Oliver.

Isn't ATWT set in Illinois though, as in, no where near PA or NY? How would this work...? o.0
