Brian has other bf/fuck buddy named Tyler

I read a lot of fics in which Brian had another boyfriend or a fuck buddy, and coincidentally many writers named him Tyler (even Justin has a boyfriend name Tyler in some fics) I don't find the fault in that, just curious, why do you authors like that name so much? Is there any special meaning in this name?

Edit: many comments add but all about the name "Britin" LOL Please if anyone know, speak aloud.

That's because he tells Brian that he found a place to live in New York with a friend of Daphne's. September is the only of Daphne's friends that we know by name (1.19), so I guess using her is the easiest solution for most writers.
