Brian has a child with original female character (not Lindsay/Mel/Daphne/Leda)

Hi..Are there any fics where Brian has a child with a woman other than the female in canon?

One story I remember is that this woman showed up after a few years with Brian's child and then try to get rid of Justin. Brian and Justin are in strong relationship. Brian tell this woman from the beginning that he loves Justin or something like that. 
In the sequel I think she tried to get pregnant again and then stole one of the used condoms. Turn out it was Justin's.

I've checked the tags for 'Brian fucks a woman', 'daddy fic', and the memories. Can not find anything.

Well, I know there must be fic where Brian has a child with an ofc, because we've made a "brian has child w/ secret friend" tag. BUT we haven't actually gotten any posts tagged under that yet :(

Did you actually want to find the fic with the woman stealing the condom to try to have Brian's baby but having Justin's instead? If so, I think that might be Seeds of Jealousy by Juliet? Click on either "justin fathers kids w/ ofc" or "condom mishaps" and you should find a DL link.

I've read at least parts of two but it's been years and I don't have any idea of the authors.

Here's what I recall from fic 1: Brian and a high school or college friend have a baby girl. She and Brian are still close friends and they live somewhere not too far away in a very nice home where it's woodsy. The girl knows Brian, has known him all of her life, he's involved in her life financially and physically, she knows about Gus, but none of the Liberty Ave people know about it. She's a teenager in this fic, tall, gorgeous, snarky, smart, and I think there's a scene at the loft where she meets Justin and maybe the rest of the bunch, too.

Fic 2: I don't remember how these kids came to be - I wanna say maybe from a sperm bank donation when Brian was in college? Pretty sure they're a surprise to Brian and Justin. The family is very poor, and the mom is dying of cancer, so Brian takes them in.
