I was wondering what that black stuff behind them was, then I realized, it's Hal Sparks' shirt! Lol, they took off his heaaaaad...

Pretty sure you can find larger copies of that pic if you browse the graphics sites in the sidebar, but I don't know if there are any that won't have all three (Gale, Randy, Hal) in them.
