Pushing Me Away by Acacia

Someone gave a download link to this fic a couple days ago, but it's in docx form, which my computer scorns. Does anyone have a regular doc or PDF of this?

FOUND and converted by the lovely [livejournal.com profile] galeandrandy!! Thank you, bb!!

ETA 2: Uploaded at DL More Fics file on sidebar in PDF form.

The w-preg, threw me off a bit from my actual response to that which should of been, *clears throat and channels Justin* :)

What's funny is when you sent that reply I was looking through traditional wedding vows because I'm trying to name my sequel to my story 'for richer or for poorer' and every damn ending of a wedding vow is far too cheesy for a whore and his john.

Hoars are people too?

I'll let Justin know you think so, after 80,000 words of him working that out, he's still a little hesitant to believe that about himself.

I decided to go with the word "Joined" as the title. Being a whore (Justin) and a slut (Brian), perhaps they may actually both be those, I think that word might be more agreeable to them than something like, Vow or Faithful. After all, that one word can be used in many types of context(s)? and they shouldn't be too mad at me for it.

*giggles*

I so ♥ you for this response. This is exactly why I was worried. I mean, (for background, B/J got married to get Justin out of a bind financially and to get Brian an account in FROFP), so until the end they weren't actually admitting their feelings or anything. So, that being said, just because they did and appear to not want to divorce, I didn't want the sequel to be sunshine and roses. I didn't want that to be off the table, which as you say, vow and faithful really would have done that. It would've left no growth or interpretation for the story as a whole.
And you brought up the financial and emotional aspect of Joined I hadn't really thought about, which is truthfully quite meaningful to the fiction. So thanks so very much!

I'm off to sleep now, actually going to bed before 4 or 9 am. LOL! Got a family Christmas party here this weekend. Oh and sending your stuff Monday, and will pm you with the date they tell me of the expected arrival.

It's true, I am. I'm sorry. I just re-read FROFP too and have been working on the sequel when I should be working on like 10,000 other things. As Sandra said, the job of test-reader is already taken. She allows me to use her as needed which requires much more than one might ever think.

I bother her at work and demand her audience, just because I have a story idea I may never even write completely. I also allow her to see almost every chapter of a story up until the last ones and then don't give her anymore for a long time, make her sit and listen to my crazy head debating one single line and bitch about characterization constantly. It's a thankless job, I wouldn't wish on anyone. And I'm sure Sandra could come up with other ways I annoy her too. LOL! But thank you for the enthusiasm for the fiction.

Six months at least though before I post it. I am finishing all wips and nothing will be posted again until completely complete down to my insanely obsessive editing after beta editing.

*hugs*
