The way Deb tells Gus not to talk about what happened because it will make the family sad! and Justin doesn't think Gus really needs a shrink to get over what happened and he'll just get over it (by magic?)... you know that the Gus in that story will grow up to either be a serial killer of jump off a roof... bleagh... So sorry, that story just gets to me (and not in a postive way) and I can't make myself forget it...

The sad part, is I don't think it was really meant as crackfic... even if you try to look at it as crack, it's horrendous. I think to write crack the author has to do it on purpose...

There are only about four or five authors in this fandom I avoid at all costs, the writer of this is totally one of them...(and, by the way, all his/her stories are over a hundred chapters...!)

I like reading angst, I really do; but this story makes me want to pull out my hair, rip out my eyes, and go hide in a corner screaming...

...not that brave actually; I only read about 10 or 12 chapters, (out of about 190), and even that gave me a permanent trauma.

I think I only read that much because I kept hoping the story was not as bad as it looked and would improve. It just gets worse the more you read though...
