I want to read the fic swamp fever by big_brian_o but I couldn't find an introduction anywhere and don't know what the story is about. Is it a vampire story?

That one is NOT a vampire story.
It is also not, per se, a Brian and Justin story. It is a story about Brian and an original character, and while Justin plays a VERY small role, don't read it expecting a Brian and Justin story.
