Gina, that was one of the first stories I read in this fandom. A lovely LJer gave me links to a few of what she considered "the best". That was one. I was floored by it. I also think it's laid out in such an interesting way with the 4 POVs and the overlapping of scenes that propel the story along. Definitely in my TOP 10 QAF Authors (along with your brilliant self, my dear!) ;)

Looks like I found what I'm gunna read now! And I dunno if this is appropriate to ask on this thread but since [livejournal.com profile] petulant2u mentioned losing fics she had saved on and old computer...I ask you guys this:

What're the standard rules and regulations of saving fics? I'm not to savvy w all of this and I'll be honest, I was making separate folders for each author and saving each story as a word document. Is that frowned upon? Cause i've noticed a ton of people talking about downloading and 4shared or w/e and I just dont know what's "right" and what's "wrong." Sorry for the incessant rambling and potentially misplaced questions.
