Yes I think shes talking about the scene when Justin storms out of the Diner and Michael's following him and stops him from crossing the street... because it's "red" ;)

Oh! Gotcha. Just thought someone came up with a scenario where Justin was just randomly hit by a car in that episode, lol. Totally forgot about that part.
