Justin has a twin brother

I looked all over for this story but couldn't find it; Justin has a twin brother who is evil and always tried to blame Justin for his mistakes. The brother marries Brian, they have a kid together then he leaves them and disappears. Justin contacts Brian and helps him get back to his feet after the break up and they end up together.
