Brian is President/Politcal Leader

Hey guys I'm just trying to remember the name of a fic. Brian decides to run as a political person (technical ya) and goes up the ranks pretty quickly and blah blah blah. But when there is a bill for the legalization of gay marriage Brian runs against it and Justin and the gang are mad at him but he says to Justin "do you trust me?" or something like that. He ends up being tricky and helping out getting the bill passed and he makes this speech, something like "I fuck whoever whenever but no one can take this away from Mikey".

anyone know it?

This was great!!!! If only we could actually include a rider to a Bill that way in reality :) unfortunately it takes so long for Bills to go to the House because they are gone through with a fine toothed come about 3 times for every word or line that is changed..... I would vote for Brian Kinney honesty for a change..
