LF a Justin has a Panic attack when Brian leaves commitment papers

Hi-
I am looking for a fic where Brian is visiting Justin in NY and leaves papers for Justin to sign for him on the counter. Justin has a panic attack when he realizes Brian has left commitment papers and calls Brian who talks him through it. Justin ends up moving back to the Pits and with Brian.
