British Historical AU: As If I'd Always Slept

I am looking for a historical AU, it was pretty long, and B/J were I think British... Brian was a spy or something and Justin was originally just a messenger but ends up staying...?

I've tried looking through the memories but the name of the story and the author's name escapes me. I believe the author might have also been British irl...

Any help would be appreciated. :)

If it is "As If I'd Always Slept" I was just thinking about this fic the other day and wishing they hadn't taken it down. I loved that fic.
