Looking for a fic with Brian and Justin, Brian giving Justin hints about kids

I have this fic on my mind but I cant remeber the name of the fic or the author please help me..
Its post 513 Justin and Brian are living together and all of a sudden Brian is starting to behave odd. He is giving Justin loads of hints and katalogs about having a child. Eentually setting up an appointment at a clinic and then Justin ask him about the baby hints.

I think it might be Grand Gestures (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/6178741/1/Grand_Gestures) by Julesmonster. I also think it is a sequel to their story The Plan (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/6141171/1/The_Plan), which is also very good. :)
