I'm looking for a post-513 fic where Justin is living in New York with his son Jake, and he bumps into Brian and Gus and eventually they get back together. It's a standalone fic.

I checked the tags and i couldn't see it anywhere, hopefully someone knows what I'm on about because it's driving me crazy!
