fanfiction.net gems

Hey guys, I've been an avid qaf fandom reader for a couple of years now, and I thought I'd read all the good stuff. Just last week, though, I came across a request for Nightvision's Bird on a Wire that was posted at fanfiction.net. I had never read that, and it was amazing! I've tended to avoid that particular archive because it is not very well organized IMO, and frankly, I've stumbled on to way too much Bad!fic there. Are there other fandom gems that I've missed because I've turned up my nose at fanfiction.net? Looking forward to your recs!

EDIT: Quite a few recs for fics I've never read! AND, I sparked a small discussion! Nifty. Keep the recs coming if you think of any, and thanks so much to those of you who responded!

I went over to Branwen77 new website and it seems that you can adopt her fics that she didn't finish. I think Slip Away is one of them but she did mention that she's extremly picky about who get's to finish her stories. She active in HP fanfic but it doesn't look like any of the QAF fanfic will be finished.
