If you're interested, I have a few stories where they are teenagers.
One is completed and called Kindred Love, where Justin and Brian are young and are neighbors. It's a bit angsty though. Then there is the sequel, which is called Kindred Love: Boys to Men, which is a WIP.
OMG, you must read Camp (http://www.bjfic.net/main/viewstory.php?sid=7608) immediately! Justin is at summer camp and Brian is his counselor. (They're only a few years apart.) It is totally the most under-rated fic in the whole fandom. Read it!!
