Anger problem

In this fic Brian gets sentenced to go to  rehab(or psych hospital) for his anger, he meets Justin there, Justin doesn't talk, it's not that he can't; he just won't, all the gang is in there. Ben is Brian's friend in it, and  Debbie is a nurse, hope someone knows what it is.
