Clarification for Keeping It Together by Vamphile

So, I have a question about Vamphile's fic Keeping It Together.
Brian and Justin keep talking about something Michael did that made Brian mad at Michael. Is this something that happened in Brother's Keeper? If so, what chapter, because I dont remember it?
