random site fics

I have kind of a strange request.

Every now and then I run into fics that aren't hosted on any main or well-known sites (like bjfic, midnight whispers, queer eyes, atp, qaf fanfic projects, etc. -- and also one's that aren't written by really well known fandom authors) and end up loving them and wondering why I don't see them rec'd more often.

So I guess what I'm asking for is recs that you personally feel are just really, really good (I don't really care what it's about as long as it's b/j) but aren't necessarily hosted on a main site or aren't already really popular reads, or at least something that you don't see constantly rec'd by a number of people.

Was that confusing? I'm not sure. If it was... I'll just settle for your all time favorite b/j fic.

No, that's not confusing. I often wonder the same thing. I've read all of the "well known" fic and feel as though I've run out of things to read, despite the fact that I *know* there's more. I just don't know where to go or who to read. :)

Recommendations:

waxrose has some great fics. Drama, crack, RPS..you name it, she's dabbled in it.

sugardares plays with fics sometimes, too, and she's pretty amazing.

lovebashed just wrote an amazing fic, which you can find here (http://lovebashed.livejournal.com/64175.html#cutid1).

the_super_manho wrote some pretty wacky crack fics back in the day (Super Brian Kart and a spin of Cinderella featuring BJ)..if you pester him, he may find the inspiration to finish. :)
