again - i forgot to bookmark this fic and can't for the life of me remember what it's called.
Basically - after Justin leaves Brian for Ethan (tear) Brian gets suspicious/downright jealous - I can't remember - and starts looking into Ethan. He and Mel find some pretty bad stuff, and I think Michael's involved too (but then i've read loads of these and could be getting confused). I think - but this is all a bit vague - he used to date a professor and bribed his way into PIFA. He's got a really shady past and was trying to use Justin in some revenge plot - maybe.
Sorry, sorry, sorry - i know this is a rubbish summary.
Brian and Justin of course end up together; pretty early on in the story. There's a big reveal with Mel, Linds, Brian and Justin i think - and there's like a tape of phone conversations between Michael and Ethan.
Hopefully I'm not getting things mixed up.
