Lost fic - B/J don't end up together

I think this may have been linked to fairly recently, but I've been through the last 2 months' posts and the tags and I can't find it... Please help :S

It was a fic in which Brian and Justin both end up with other people, but the only thing I can remember is that Brian gave his partner a ring with an emerald in it (I think) and there was definitely a comment about how Brian had carefully choen something different from the ring he bought for Justin. Any ideas?

Ha ha, well, if I actually read the whole fic, I'd probably be unable to fall asleep that night. (I'm not even kidding. This has happened. *facepalm*)

It's a shame to shy away from that kind of fic, though. I assume there to be some interesting and well-written stuff in that category. But alas, I deprive myself of that experience in favor of sleeping at night. :D

lol, honestly, I'd rather read death!fic than one of them falling in love with another person. :x
